Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them out to you as fast as possible.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Requests made after this window may not be possible. Once delivered, the order can be returned for a refund.
What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
